The main treatment for women with PCOS is lifestyle modification. Weight loss and increase in lean muscle mass can have a huge impact on abnormal hormone regulation. For the women trying to conceive medication are needed. The main goal of treatment is to correct ovulation.

Doctors prescribe medication to induce ovulation that indirectly produces FSH and releases mature eggs. Once the ovulation is induced doctors recommend to have intercourse or an IUI ( intrauterine insemination). 

There is another treatment called IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), which is also an excellent treatment to conceive. IVF has a high success rate and lower chances of multiples. 

What is the cure for PCOS ?

There is no such cure for PCOS, treatment varies from person to person depending on their symptoms, are they wanting to conceive. You should not ignore the PCOS symptoms as it predisposes you to increase in risk of diabetes and other metabolic conditions.
